I am a highly motivated Web Developer who thrives in a creative environment. Even though I am an introvert I work well in groups. I consistently maintain a positive attitude and enjoy helping to build ideas into fully functioning websites. I currently lead a team of 5+. My leadership style is a cross between coaching and collaborative. I enjoy pushing for cross collaboration between teams at the University because we all have a part to play in the larger view here.
When I am not working you can find me spending time with my family, playing with small motors and a raspberry Pi or designing a cosplay costume.
Miranda Hix, but I prefer Mandi.
